Wow. Someone has a lot of time on their hands. Funny to hear my smack-off call from 1999 again. I called at least 100 times during the "old school" years. Which my call of the day from the Monday after the XFL stated was still around. Shout out to Joe in Lemon Grove. Long time.

Amigo, What a stellar effort. Excellent job. I started listening to the Jim Rome Show back in 1993 when he was on XTRA 690, then I moved to NoCal in 94 and missed the 95,96 and 97 Smackoff before Jim syndicated in SF. Thanks for filling in the missing pieces of Smackoff history.

Great site! My favorite Smack Off was 2005. The trio of Sean the Cablinasian, Iafrate and Terrance may be the best set of calls into ANY Smack Off. Most other years any of those three calls carries away the title.
